條款及細則 Terms & Conditions 

1）如會員不能按時出席或取消堂節，請於原定預約之堂節前12小時或之前
     透過網上預約系統／來電／ whatsapp (5300 5150) 通知取消 ；
     若沒有按時取消堂節，MMT將會如常扣除會員原定預約之堂數

 

2）如會員所購買之套票已過期，堂數將不能延期使用或退款 ; 
     但若會員持有有效醫生証明或有效病假証明書，將另作別論
     會員須於套票的最後一堂或之前購買新套票，否則在下一次購買新套票時，
     須繳付港幣$50手續費

  （“套票可用限期”﹣以使用該套票的第一堂日期起計）

 

3）於任何情況下，套票將不得轉讓或退款

 

4）學生優惠只適用於中六或以下的學生使用，並須每次出示有效之全日制學生証

 

5）所有課堂須提早預約，並以MMT之確認為準

 

6)  若八號或以上的颱風訊號或黑色暴雨警報生效，MMT將會關閉

 

7)  上述守則如有更改，恕不另行通知

 

8） 如有任何爭議，MMT保留最終決定權
 

1) All cancellation request must be done 12 hours in advance of the scheduled class via
   online booking system/ phone call/ whatsapp (5300 5150)
   Class will be deducted if cancellation is not done successfully
 

2) No extensions will be granted for the expired packages.  However, if a valid doctor note can be provided, it can be treated as an exceptional case
Package renewal must be done on or before the last class of the valid package, otherwise,
HK$50 handling fee will be applied while purchasing a new package

(“Package Validity” – counted from the activation date of the package)

3) Packages are non-transferrable and non-refundable under any circumstances
 

4) Student Discount is only applicable for full-time students in F.6 or below with valid Student ID
 

5) Advance booking is needed and subject to the confirmation from MMT

 

6) MMT will close on the issue of tropical cyclone signal No. 8 or above and black rainstorm warning 

 

7) MMT reserves the right to modify the policy without prior notice
 

8) In case of dispute, MMT reserves the right of final decision
